Retailers Look to Facebook and Twitter
The holidays are fast approaching and retailers are on a mission to increase sales from last year. National Retail Federation recorded that nearly half of all retail store owners are planning to blog on social media networks. Facebook and Twitter are now the front runners in advertising marketing campaigns.
Other sales incentives will also be put into action to up the shopping appeal. Free shipping tops the list for consumer enticement. When all is said and done retailers hope to see sales increases of at least 15 percent compared to last year, by utilizing the online strategies. Facebook, Twitter, blogs, and free shipping could lead to a new retail marketing path.
